Show or hide an object

The column under the Hide all/Show all Hide all/Show all button button indicates the visibility of an object on the artboard. When the eye button is visible in the row that corresponds to an object, then the object and all of its child elements are visible on the artboard.

To hide an object, click the eye button in the same row as the object.
To show a hidden object, click the dot button in the same row as the object.

To show or hide all elements, click the Hide all/Show all Hide all/Show all button

button at the top of the hide/show column.

You can modify an object on the artboard when it is hidden, but you will not be able to see your changes reflected on the artboard until the object is visible again.
